Throughout its 90 year history, the Bay of Quinte Golf and Country Club has hosted numerous national and provincial championships. We also welcome dozens of businesses in the region every season for their annual golf tournaments. Large or small, your group will be satisfied.
Booking Options
Full Shotgun: [86+ Players] A shotgun start refers to a method in which every golfer begins at the same time but on different holes. This is a great format for groups upwards of 144 players that require exclusive access to the course because it allows every player to complete their game at the same time, allowing a smooth transition from the golf portion of your day to the evening’s festivities. Also, with full field events, start times are flexible. (ex. 8am & 1pm)
Modified Shotgun: [36 – 59 Players] A modified shotgun is a starting method that is not offered by many facilities but is of great advantage to groups who are looking for the benefits of a shotgun start without the required number of guests to do so. Whenever possible, Bay of Quinte Golf will offer a modified shotgun to groups for 56 to 140 players. All modified shotguns start at 1:30pm unless otherwise stated by the Director of Golf
Tee Time Groups: [60 – 85 Players*] Tee time groups start their game of golf under the traditional consecutive tee time format running on ten-minute intervals and is a perfect format for groups of 24 to 56 players.
Small Tournament Option: [16 – 40 Players] A great option for businesses, families and organizations that have a limited number of participants. Golfers start their game under the traditional tee time format, in ten-minutes intervals.
We can accommodate tournaments of up to 144 golfers, and as many as 226 people for dinner. We’ll work with you to plan, co-ordinate and manage all aspects of your tournament, including contests (e.g. hole-in-one, longest drive, closest to the pin, etc.)
