Operating accommodations since 2016, the BQGCC has maintained a five star Airbnb rating, eight years running. 


The golf course is conveniently located within a ten minute drive to downtown Belleville and Prince Edward County.

Privacy and Space


Each unit is specially designed to house large groups comfortably for sleeping, dining and entertaining.  All of our units are fully detached and spacious with their own fully equipped kitchen, private patios (each equipped with a gas BBQ) and ample parking right outside the door.

One of the many reasons to book a private accommodation is to have all the comforts of home.  This means the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, on-site laundry, and private indoor/outdoor dining areas each with a gas barbecue.  All units are pet friendly - no need to leave your best friend behind!


Cleaning Protocols


All units are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between guests according to the enhanced Airbnb cleaning guidelines. 


Backyard Amenities


All stay and play guests have access to our recreation areas which includes a putting and chipping green, horseshoe pit, and fire pit. 


Special Preferred Guest Pricing


Stay-and-Play Guests enjoy special rates for golf and private functions at Nineteen Restaurant + Patio as well as the Summit Meeting Room.  Golfers have early access to preferred advanced tee times.

Perfect for group retreats and out-of-town guests. All of our rental units are conveniently located on the Bay of Quinte Golf and Country Club property and have their own private entrances with plenty of parking.  Staying on-site eliminates the need to worry about drinking and driving.


  • All units are within walking distance of the Pro Shop and Nineteen Restaurant + Patio
  • Guests can self check-in using the keyless entry. Early check-in and late check-out may be an option pending availability. 
  • A Reference guide is provided for each unit outlining the operating instructions of the amenities.
  • Full housekeeping service prior to arrival.  Bedrooms will be arranged as per request.
  • Complementary supply of laundry and dishwasher detergent.
  • Towels provided for in-house use. 
  • Firewood available at extra cost.
  • Pet friendly (additional cleaning fee applies).



The Dormie House
(1805 Old Highway 2):


3000 sq. ft house with a view of the 11th hole. 

Fully equipped kitchen with five seat island.

Six bedrooms and three full bathrooms (sleeps up to 12 with up to 12 beds available).

Indoor dining room seating for twelve.

Large natural gas Weber BBQ on a private wrap around deck. 

Inhouse laundry facilities.

Complimentary high speed internet and HD smart televisions with cable tv.

Private parking area that can accommodate up to ten vehicles and is equipped with a trailer connection.

Located adjacent to the golf practice area. 


The Big House

4600 sq. ft house with a view of the golf course and large backyard recreation area. 

Fully equipped kitchen with four seat island.

11 bedrooms and six bathrooms (sleeps 22 with up to 22 beds available).

Indoor dining room seating for 22.

Large natural gas Weber BBQ on a private patio.

In house laundry facilities.

Complimentary high speed internet and HD television with cable tv.

Lounge area with gas fireplace and table tennis. 

Backyard amenities (firepit, horseshoe pit, grassed playing area with volleyball net).

Private parking area that can accommodate up to 15 vehicles with a trailer connection.

The best and most economical way to book any one of our accommodations is directly with us. A direct booking ensures a preferred rate particularly when compared to booking through an external agency. Avoid the 15% Airbnb booking fee by booking directly through us.

Dormie House
(June - September)


Weekdays: Sunday to Thursday - $800/night for up to 12 guests.  $50/night for each additional guest.


Weekends: Friday, Saturday, and Holiday Mondays - $1090/night for up to 12 guests.

One-time cleaning fee - $400

Linen Fee - $100


The Big House
(June - September)


Weekdays Monday to Thursday - $1100/night for up to 16 guests.  $50/night for each additional guest.

Weekends Friday, Saturday and Holiday Mondays - $1690/night for up to 16 guests.  $50/night for each additional guest.

One-time cleaning fee - $500

Linen fee - $100
