Golf Plans

Ideal for golfers who prefer to pay as they play while still enjoying exclusive discounted rates on every round. Perfect for those who golf frequently but don’t want to commit to a set number of rounds. Golf Plan holders may book up to 10 days in advance.

Multi Round Packages

Equitable membership alternatives without the upfront costs. These options offer unrestricted or time-restricted play, with some packages  allowing rounds to be shared with friends or family. Package holders may book up to 10 days in advance.

10 Pack Limited

 $480 +HST

Ten 18 hole rounds valid daily before 9:00 AM and after 1:00 PM.

Additional rounds may be purchased individually for $48 per round.

Includes 2025 Golf Plan.

10 Pack Nine Hole

 $290 +HST

Ten 9 hole rounds valid daily any time.

Additional rounds may be purchased individually for $29 per round.

Valid for use on nine hole course only.

20 Pack Transferable

 $1600 +HST

Unavailable for purchase after March 31, 2025.

Twenty 18 hole rounds with cart valid daily any time.

Additional rounds may be purchased in packages of 4 for $320.

Rounds may be shared with with friends or family.

50 Pack Corporate

 $3175 +HST

Fifty 18 hole rounds valid daily any time.

Additional rounds may be purchased in packages of 8 for $508.

40 Pack Sunset

2025 Golf Plan and Intermediate Plan

Intermediate Plan

 $115 +HST

For players 35 and under. Rounds at preferred Intermediate Plan rates.
$36 per 18 hole round any time.

$29 per 9 hole round any time.

Cart Package

10 Cart Pack

 $200 +HST

Ten 18 hole cart passes valid daily any time.
Half cart, non-transferable.

Additional passes may be purchased in packages of 5 for $100.

2025 General Terms and Conditions

2025 Golf passes are valid from the time of purchase until the end of the 2025 season and are non-refundable.

All tee times, whether 9 or 18 holes, constitute a round.

Package and Golf Plan holders may book up to 10 days in advance and are not subject to dynamic pricing.

Public players may book up to 14 days in advance and are subject to dynamic pricing.

All golfers are responsible for any damage caused to Bay of Quinte Golf & Country Club (BQGCC) property.

The course may be closed periodically throughout the season for maintenance or special events.

Valid proof of age is required for Intermediate players.

Guests must follow all BQGCC rules and regulations and respect the rights of other guests and staff. Failure to comply may result in privileges being suspended. Suspended package holders are not entitled to any refund.

Credit card purchases are subject to a 2% surcharge.

A valid credit card must be kept on file to enroll in any golf plan or package.

All packages are non-transferable and intended for individual use unless otherwise specified.

20 Pack Transferable and 50 Pack Corporate may only be purchased by local residents.

Cancellation Policy

A reservation may be canceled up to 24 hours in advance of the tee time either through the website or by contacting the pro shop. The pro shop must be contacted in order to cancel a reservation within 24 hours of play. Any cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to play will be charged the full green fee. If the pro shop is closed, please leave a detailed message stating your cancellation request. If your tee time is subsequently filled, a cancellation fee will not be charged. As an alternative, players needing to cancel under the 24 hour notice period are welcome to find a substitute player to take their time to avoid a cancellation fee.
